Homeschooled children perform better on standardized tests than most children that attend public or private schools. Homeschooled children usually come from parents with a high education level and higher incomes. These children usually watch TV less than children that attend public and private schools. There parents are their teachers so they get to see what the child does and learns everyday and never miss out. I know at my school my teachers never really cared if we learned anything it was always busy work. My mom was always the one teaching me when i did not know the material. Being homeschooled you have an advantage of your parents teaching you and they always want whats best for you. If they have a higher income family that family will want them to be successful like them and will do anything to help them get there. These children have successful parents that make a lot of money and the kids will want to be like them one day. They are great role models for their kids in helping achieve their goals and become successful in life and it starts with their educational level.
